The integrations that run your club
ClubWise connects with the payment, access control and fitness technology your club already relies on, so everything runs from one system instead of several that half-talk to each other.

Payment processing partners
ClubWise gives clubs a choice of payment routes: FCA-regulated direct debit collected in-house, plus card and digital wallet processing through established providers. Members pay the way that suits them, and collections run without your team chasing them.
Stripe handles card payments across the platform, with Google Pay and Apple Pay available through the FitSense app. Members can pay online or in the app without entering card details each time.
Global Payments powers in-person card transactions at the front desk, so joining fees, retail and day passes are all taken through the same system as memberships.
In the UK and Ireland, ClubWise collects direct debits in-house under its own FCA authorisation, as a BACS-approved bureau. Member funds are held in segregated accounts, and the platform is ISO 27001 certified.
Access control integration
ClubWise integrates with access control hardware so entry is tied to live membership status. When a payment fails or a membership lapses, access updates automatically, without anyone at the front desk having to manage it. ClubWise works with access control partners including Alright Now, ASP and Inner Range.
Alright Now provides turnstiles, speed lanes and touch-screen kiosks that connect directly to ClubWise, so entry hardware reads live membership data at the door.
Mobile and member engagement apps
Two apps come with ClubWise: one for members, one for your team.
FitSense member app
Members check in, book and pay for classes, track workouts, collect loyalty rewards and buy from the in-app store.
ClubWise mobile
Staff manage memberships and serve members from the gym floor, not just the front desk.
Fitness technology integrations
ClubWise connects with fitness technology so member results feed straight into the app.
Tanita
Body composition readings sync to the FitSense app, so members see progress over time without writing anything down.
Polar OH-1 and H9
Heart rate data from class sessions flows into FitSense, giving members a record of their effort.
Everything connects, because it is one system
The integrations on this page are not bolt-ons to reconcile. They feed into the same platform that runs your memberships, billing and bookings, so data moves between them automatically. That is the difference between an all-in-one system and a stack of tools stitched together.
One hub for the whole member journey
From first enquiry through joining, payments, bookings and retention, every touchpoint runs through one platform. That means less double entry, fewer errors and more of your team’s time spent with members rather than moving data between systems.
