As Director of Operations I am responsible for improving processes and procedures, managing projects and all associated operational activities. I have worked in the IT services industry for over 20 years including over 10 years in business operations, delivering change management and transformation solutions.

Outside of work, I enjoy following all kinds of sport, in particular football, rugby, hockey and cricket, as well as spending time with family and friends. This includes taxi duties transporting my 2 sons to various sporting and social events on demand!

I joined ClubWise in July 2022 as Country Manager for Australia. Joining ClubWise combined my professional passion for software and supporting small business, with a personal passion for health and fitness and ability for exercise to transform lives. My primary responsibilities as Country Manager are to ensure we deliver a great customer experience, our team is motivated and happy, and our Australian business is operating efficiency.

Outside of work my young family keeps me pretty busy now days, but I also find time for CrossFit, reading, walking or running Sydney’s many walks and trails, watching the footy, and most years an adventure someplace overseas.

I am responsible for all software and IT Services with an emphasis on Information Security.

I have over 25 years’ experience in software development and delivery, including working with some of the largest companies in the world including the oil and gas industry, retail and ecommerce. My focus has always been on optimising the user experience and ensuring the creation and provision of safe and reliable systems.

My spare time is spent with my family, being Chair of Governors for my local primary school and enjoying the outdoors and coaching and playing cricket.

My spare time is divided between my four year old daughter, keeping up with family spread across four continents and MMO gaming with my clan members.

Prior to this I have worked in the health & Fitness industry for 18 years fulfilling a variety of roles within Health Clubs, with the last 12 years being in management roles. I hope to be able to use the experience that I have gained to help fully understand our clients’ needs and expectations.

My role as Product Manager is to work with our customers and our internal teams, to help manage the customer facing aspects of a variety of different projects. From the release of new functionality and updates to our existing product, to new and innovative solutions such as mobile applications.

Away from work I like to keep active and enjoy a wide range of sports and hobbies. I have been a keen cyclist for many years, and like to get out on my bike whenever possible. I am also a very average, fair weather golfer!!

I have a BA (Hons) in Business Studies from Brunel University, specializing in Operations Management and also Chartered Institute of Marketing Diploma in Marketing.

In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family, which includes teenage boys and a crazy dog. I also enjoy running and would love to do the London Marathon.

Home life consists of running around after my two young children so that keeps me out of trouble but if I make the time I enjoy hiking, dancing, gardening and anything cooking related.

I work at ClubWise as a Billing Administrator. This involves maintaining and updating member details for all our clubs so that the billing amounts and their frequency are fully accurate. The updates can be received either over the phone, by e-mail or by automated notices from your members bank.

My background before ClubWise has always been in banking, financial services and mortgages.

My interests generally revolve around sport of some sort and I have tried them all at one time or another. I guess my main participation has been in football and golf. I have 2 adult children and also have a grandson.

Outside of work I love to exercise, this year I recently joined a local bootcamp and it’s quickly become my favourite way to exercise. A lot of my free time is taken up by study but of course I have to balance this out so socialising with friends over a glass or two is a must.
