ClubWise has appeared on my bank statement
and I don’t know why…
Fear not! ClubWise is instructed by gyms and health clubs – our customers, to collect payments.
We collect membership fees from their member’s accounts, process those payments and then pass them on to the club. This is why ClubWise will appear on your bank statement rather than your clubs name. We will only ever take a payment your gym or health club has asked us to.
Also, ClubWise is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). This means that we are held to a high standard of conduct when dealing with your direct debits, and that we are obligated to treat all of our customers and their members fairly and respectfully with no hidden fees or difficult contracts.
