In May 2008 we moved our business to a low cost model and started utilising the internet for many member services. This transition would not have been possible without the support and guidance of the ClubWise team. The system offers a seamless integration between the internet based member services and our management database for key tasks such as member joining, booking and administration. Recently ClubWise took on the collection of our monthly membership direct debit, saving us the cost of out-sourcing to a collection agency. The system now definitely provides a single management solution for all my club processes, including reporting, web services, front of house and all internet based member services. We are currently looking to develop and enhance some of our internet based services and referral systems.
