Enhanced Dashboard Functionality - May 2011
As part of our latest release, ClubWise have developed our Dashboard functionality and introduced Group Dashboard capabilities. This will enable owners and managers of multi site and group operations to be able to view ‘at a glance’ the performance of their clubs across their estate, as well as drilling down into an individual club’s performance or reviewing the overall group achievements in key performance areas. This is a must for accurate, real time reporting and the effective and effortless management and monitoring of performance and practise in multi site clubs via standardised KPI benchmarking.

I have been operating a health and fitness club for over 10 years using a variety of computer and paper based systems to operate and administer the facility. Four years ago I was introduced to the ClubWise team. I was incredibly impressed by the scope and clarity of their management system and immediately transferred to their system.

In May 2008 we moved our business to a low cost model and started utilising the internet for many member services. This transition would not have been possible without the support and guidance of the ClubWise team. The system offers a seamless integration between the internet based member services and our management database for key tasks such as member joining, booking and administration.

Recently ClubWise took on the collection of our monthly membership direct debit, saving us the cost of out-sourcing to a collection agency. We upgraded our website in November 2009 to the service hosted by ClubWise. Following a ClubWise training day, this then gave the club total control of the day to day running of what has now become one of our biggest lead generation opportunities.

Our old webpage generated literally no leads but, since upgrading and spending valuable time on creating a new website we are now generating 2-6 NEW leads daily. The beauty of this tool is that it is a live document that can be updated at anytime by the club. The main area which has benefited us is the integration of the direct debit collections that has helped greatly in keeping us up to date, and giving us the ability to see, a members status at any time during the day.
