Armed with this information, members can plan and book their club session at a time and capacity they feel comfortable with.

2. Manage Reduced Capacity with Advanced Session Booking
We have added the ability for members to quickly and easily book their gym visits in advance through their member app. You are able to set the capacity of each time slot, helping you effectively manage social distancing and maintain full control over and visibility into how many members are in the club at any time. Another great benefit of the Advanced Session Booking feature is that it prevents entry to the club without a valid booking, automating the entire process so you don’t even have to think about it. Having this new booking policy in place will inspire confidence in your members and help them to feel comfortable and happy about working out in the safe environment you provide.
3. Minimize the Spread of Germs with Contactless Check In
We have integrated Mobile QR Code Check-in into the ClubWise Member App, providing members with a quick, contactless, self-check-in solution designed to keep them safe and minimize the spread of germs at your facility. Members can use their own personal mobile phones to gain access to the club by simply scanning the QR code upon entry.
