Join the ClubWise Referral Program and get rewarded!

The ClubWise Referral Program rewards you for introducing other gyms, studios and fitness clubs to a platform you already know and trust. If a club you refer signs up and successfully onboards with ClubWise, you’ll receive one month of ClubWise completely free as a thank you.

It’s simple, transparent and designed to reward long-term partnerships.

How it works

    Refer a club

    Complete the referral form below with your details and the details of the gym or club you’re recommending.

  • Step 2
    We take it from there

    Our team will contact your referral, arrange a demo and guide them through the ClubWise onboarding process.

  • Step 3
    Get rewarded

    If your referral signs and completes onboarding, you receive one month free of ClubWise.

There’s no limit to how many clubs you can refer.

Referral reward

*One full month of ClubWise free (T&Cs apply)

Your reward will be applied once the referred club has:

  • Signed a ClubWise agreement
  • Completed onboarding and gone live
  • Been invoiced and paid for 3 consecutive months

The free month will be confirmed by our team and applied to your next billing cycle.

Terms & conditions

One month free will be refunded from your invoice once the below Terms and Conditions are met for your ClubWise referral, this refund will be upto the value of £500 for UK customers and €500 for Irish customers from your clubs invoice.

  • Referral rewards are available to current ClubWise customers only
  • One free month of ClubWise is awarded per successfully onboarded referral
  • Referred clubs must be new to ClubWise and not already in active discussions
  • Rewards are non-transferable and have no cash alternative
  • ClubWise reserves the right to amend or withdraw the referral program at any time
  • A referred customer cannot have an association with an existing ClubWise customer (for example shared ownership, multi-site groups or be linked in any other way to another business)
  • We cannot backdate payments for previous referrals, all referrals must be from February 2026 onwards
