Why is it a good idea to give a workout plan as well as an induction?
- Offering new members a consultation is a great way to welcome them to your club, helping them to realise their goals at an early stage will set them on a great path. The consultation is also a great chance for you to cement the important role that both your team and facilities play in supporting them to achieve their goals.
- Offering a consultation AND a follow-up review could differentiate you from your competitors and give you an added value feature to present to prospects.
- We all know that it’s hard for new members to get into the routine of regular exercise but they will be more likely to stick with the program if they know that their progress is going to be measured in 6 weeks time.
- Another great benefit of offering both a consultation and a follow-up appointment is that you will get to build a relationship with your new member. This will really help them to feel welcome and it will also be great for retention.
